WHO WE ARE

Stony Creek Church in Utica, Michigan is a community of believers committed to living the teachings of the Bible in our everyday lives. At the heart of this is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Stony Creek Church was founded in 1991 and belongs to the North American Baptist Conference (or NAB). Still, you’ll find people at Stony from a large variety of backgrounds—religious and non-religious. All are welcome and accepted. Our common bond is not found in human institutions but in Jesus Christ.

Our Process

To help us keep on track in our mission, we embrace a process called the 4Cs. These are about helping people COME to Christ, CONNECT with Christian living, COMMIT to Christ’s body (the church) and to go on to COACH other Christians. All our ministries are designed to help people continue in this process.
